Any date or period for delivery shall be considered as indicative only, although it is our policy to try to dispatch all orders within 3 working days. Any products not available at the time of your order will be sent to you, as soon as possible, when received from the supplier.

Please note that we do not dispatch and deliver on bank holidays, Saturday and Sundays.

Duck & Dry cannot be held responsible for delays in the delivery caused by the supplier, the carrier or any other third party.

If you are not happy with your service (blow dry, updo, cut or manicure or pedicure), we would advise you to let the staff know while you are on site as service cannot be refunded.

Duck & Dry products cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty.

If an item is found to be broken or faulty on receipt, please contact us by phone or email. You can choose either to receive a replacement item or to receive a refund. A refund/exchange application will only be acknowledged if the faulty goods are returned together with their original packaging and receipt within 7 days.
